Note: Lo Mein is served with noodles only (no rice). Poke bowls are served with steamed white rice only.

- Quantity equals number of people (minimum 5 meals).
- Select one entrée, one side, and one drink per meal.
- Place orders at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
